Most site problems are maintenance problems
The sites that get into trouble are rarely badly built. They are usually well built and then left alone: modules two years behind, an expired certificate, backups nobody has tested, a plugin with a known vulnerability. Support work is unglamorous and it is what keeps a platform reliable.
We take on sites we built and sites we did not. If it is somebody else's work, we start with an audit so we are not agreeing to maintain something we have not seen.
What support covers
Updates and patching
Drupal core and contributed modules, WordPress plugins, and Node and PHP dependencies, applied on a regular cycle rather than when something breaks.
Managed hosting
Servers, SSL, DNS and deployments handled for you on Upsun, AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, Acquia or Netlify, sized to the traffic you actually get.
Backups and recovery
Automated backups that are periodically restored to confirm they work, because an untested backup is a guess.
Monitoring
Uptime and performance monitoring that alerts us, not just you, so problems are usually picked up before a customer reports them.
Fixes and small changes
Bugs, content amends and the modest improvements that never justify their own project but keep a site healthy.
Security audits and hardening
Reviews of applications, APIs and infrastructure for vulnerabilities and misconfiguration, plus practical guidance on GDPR and PCI-DSS obligations.
